Location is great to reach the major attractions in DC. It may not be bang in the middle of city, but for the money you pay, this is perfect. Being on the side of a major road, its hard to miss, not hidden in some alley way. The bed and sheets are very comfortable. After a whole day of walking, you'll be waking up fresh as a cucumber.

This hotel offers decent value for the price, but there are a few important considerations. While the room was clean and generally comfortable, the property is situated adjacent to a busy road and an active railway line, which results in a high level of noise at all hours. Earplugs are highly recommended, especially for light sleepers. In terms of location, the hotel is approximately a one-mile walk from the nearest Metrorail station. This can be inconvenient, particularly when traveling with luggage. By contrast, several other nearby hotels—though more expensive—offer closer access to public transportation and easier connections to the airport. Additionally, it is worth noting that there is no in-room safe, which may be a concern for some travelers. Overall, while the hotel is clean and reasonably priced, the noise level and limited convenience of the location may be drawbacks for those relying on public transit or seeking a quieter stay

The room was clean with clean towels, a working t.v., plenty of space and close to the metro subway, restaurants, a 7-11 convienence store in a safe area. Free parking right outside my door, free morning coffee and nice and quite! Friendly staff who speak English, Spanish and Hindi. I had a bath tub; which I love and 2 big beds. Plenty of clothes hangers and extra locks on the door. I have stayed here before and will again. Great price and well worth it! Daily house keeping, too!

I am a YouTuber from Kuwait and Traveling with my wife. I stay in this hotel for 2 nights. The location of the Hotel is very near to Metro Station. The hotel is within Walking Distance away from Union Market and Union Station. The rooms of the Hotel are very basic and come with free car parking. We got Free Coffee Every Morning but you can hot up your foodstuff in the Microwave in the reception area. My Check-in Time is at 3:00 PM but I have reached the Hotel at 9:00 AM. The owner of the Hotel helps me with the early check-in. You must visit Union Market Place, it is a great place for food lovers. It is a good Budget Hotel.

Very close to the city center. Restaurants, supermarkets, and gas stations are also nearby. The accommodation experience was very good.
